The following is required from all applicants:
1. A signed application from all proposed occupants over the age of 18. The application must be complete. Incorrect information will disqualify a prospective applicant.
2. A copy of a photo I.D. (driver’s license or state ID card) and Social Security card.
3. A gross monthly income 3 times the amount of your monthly rent. All income must be verifiable through pay stubs, employer contact, or tax records.
4. A favorable response from previous landlords and references. Rental History must be verifiable from unbiased sources.
5. Credit history must indicate a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion.
6. No record of eviction.
8. No conviction for a crime that would be considered a threat to real property or the ability of other residents to peacefully enjoy the premises.
9. Upon approval a deposit to hold the apartment until your move-in date.
